I am 13 years old and I really want to start bodybuilding. Its been a big dream of mine to have muscles like Arnold Schwarzenegger. Because of my age, what is the best way to start training? Thankyou!
At your age I would start out using bodyweight exercises. Pushups, situps, pullups, dips, etc. Get good and strong on these before you move onto lifting weights.

How Reuben Bajada got results?
Well this was when I was a teenager and is only the start. The video shows what a couple years using a home gym can do when you have the right attitude and determination to get results.
I put far more attention into real food and my diet than any supplement (have only ever taken 2 supplements being whey protein and creatine).
And finally, I literally work my tits off in the gym 5-6 days a week, no chatting, no phone, strictly 1 minute breaks, just get in, do the job and go on home!
If you would like to know more feel free to drop me and email via my website, cheers.

I am trying to bodybuild but it is more like figure building rather than building muscle. I have been told to eat about 40% of my body weight in protein and no more thatn 25 grams of fat a day. Any suggestions on suppliments or food options?
Pick up one of those body building magazines, they have lots of articles on diet and vitamins.

What type of cheese has the lowest fat, highest protien. The point is what cheese is best for body building, American, Swiss, Provolone? I know cottage is great for bodybuilding but all of those 3, what will be the best, or should I not eat the cheese since it has fat calories?
provolone cheese is the healthiest for bodybuilding
it has high protein

Im trying to lose weight, go to the gym and eat healthy but its not enough. I want to put more in and I really love the bodybuilding physique on females. I just dont know where to start. I am overweight and need to lose about 10 more kilos. I just am not really seeing results and its frustrating. I have lost 6 kilos but im kind of stuck plus im getting bored. Thanks heaps
www.bodybuilding.com. It has a section built for ladies, it’s great to see girls considering bodybuilding. But please, make sure you do it all naturally. Girls in natural bodybuilding look hot, but girls on steroids look nasty.

Now that Muscle Media is gone and Muscle&Fitness sucks, where can I go for good advice, print magazines only please.
There are a few newer ones that you could try if you're bored of Muscle and Fitness.
Fitness RX is a pretty good magazine, that has a lot of recent study findings about various topics. The only criticism I have with the magazine is there are too many drawings, and some of the material is rehashed in later issues.
Maximum Fitness is a good alternative to Joe Weider publications. It used to be under a different title (American Health and Fitness if I'm not mistaken). The workouts are good, the info is good, the layout could use a little work but overall I like it.
Mens Fitness is one of my favorites but it is published by the folks who do Muscle and Fitness so a lot of the information is similar meaning if you don't enjoy M & F you probably wouldn't enjoy MF.
Finally you could try REPS, which is similar to Maximum Fitness but more geared towards the bodybuilding side of things. The articles are fairly well done without too much clutter of ads which plague many of the other body building magazines.
I hope this helps answer your question!

Reuben Bajada is a NATURAL BODYBUILDER and personal trainer.
This video is the follow up to the original title:
“Natural Bodybuilding – No need for steroids!”
Reuben was filmed here exactly 2 years after the first and with the combination of high intensity training, strict high protein low fat diet and a postive attitude he managed to put on 11kg of muscle and made some positive strength and endurance gains the natural way.
